Brian Montgomery
DirectorRecognized for his expertise in all aspects of mining, corporate, real estate and business law, Mr. Montgomery is Counsel at MLA Law in the Business Law Group. He is also a former partner and head of the Commercial and Corporate Group at Weaver, Simmon LLP.
Alger St. Jean
DirectorCurrently COO at Magneto Investments LP (Dumont Nickel) and the Chief Geoscientist at Orford Mining. Mr. St-Jean is a professional geologist with 25+ years of experience in the mining industry, with a primary focus on nickel and gold in Quebec and Ontario. Other former roles include senior positions at RNC Minerals (Karora Resources), and Xstrata Nickel (Falconbridge).
Mark Goodman
DirectorMr. Goodman's extensive experience in the mining and capital markets,as well as strong background in corporate development, finance, and strategic growth is a valuable addtion to the SPC Nickel team. Mark’s prior roles include serving as President of Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.A), a public Canadian independent holding company and SPC Nickel's largest shareholder (36%).
